Cost
Cost is about $14.25 per
time scheduled in Fall and Spring and about $10.00 per time in Summer. So, if you’re
scheduled to play 10 of the 18 Fall Monday nights, then you’d owe about $143.
If you’re a
Forest Lake member, then they’ll
bill you for the full amount shortly before the season starts. Forest Lake prefers that participants be members of the club, but they don’t have to be. So, if you’re not a member,
consider becoming one. For participants that are not members, the club bills me for scheduled time. So, when I
distribute the schedule, I tell non-Forest-Lake members how much to pay me, which amount is due to me in full at that time.

Payment
Payment to me should be paid via: 1. Check,

Wildwood, MO 63005 -- or --
2. PayPal. PayPal
takes 2.9% + 30 cents of each amount I receive*. So, if you do elect to pay me via PayPal instead of sending a check, please
add 3% to the amount owed. * However, if you say the payment is PERSONAL and pay
from your PayPal account balance (rather than via credit card), then PayPal takes none of what you send me. And you
can pay the exact amount rather than adding 3%.
